Today, I am pleased to introduce to you this helpful tip from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan):
“Hi lovely kids, kind greetings to you. When you have some pain in your arm because of cold weather or by sleeping on it, use your fist to “punch” on the pained part, then grab it with your palm and slide it all the way down to your wrist. Then use your fingers to scratch it down the same way. Then stretch your arm upward, downward. After a few times, it will become better. Repeat a few times a day till the pain is gone. Take care of yourselves, Angels of Heaven. God Loves you, good kids.”
